CHILDREN'S MINISTRY - After just one visit to our church, you will notice the emphasis that is placed on children here. It starts with our Pastor and is present in every member of our church. We strongly believe in the words of the Lord when He said, “Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not…”

It still remains one of our priorities here at Open Door to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ and that we train them to become followers of Jesus Christ. We have Sunday school for all aged children.
MEDIA MINISTRY - The goal of the Open Door Baptist Media Ministry consists of two parts. The first is to fulfill the Great Commission by taking the Truth of God's Word to the entire world using the world-wide web. The second is to edify and strengthen the saints by making God's Word available in audio CD. 

People in many places throughout the world can listen or watch the teaching of God's Word via the Internet. 

Locally, those within our Fellowship are able to review these messages numerous times, gleaning as much as possible from the teaching.
GAINESVILLE RESCUE MISSION - Open Door Baptist Church serves and participates in the Gainesville Rescue Mission, providing homeless men the opportunity to allow the gospel message of Jesus Christ to change their lives by meeting the
spiritual and physical needs of those to whom we minister.
